First Aid at Work High Risk FAW Level 3 (3-days)
This course is designed for high-risk workplaces that require fully trained first aiders with enhanced capability for managing severe bleeding incidents. It includes the full breadth of a three-day workplace first aid course and adds further training for catastrophic bleeding scenarios, appropriate to environments where trauma risk is elevated.
Learners build strong practical competence through coached skill sessions and realistic incident scenarios. Alongside full coverage of workplace injuries and medical conditions, the course strengthens judgement and prioritisation, including how to manage multiple problems at once, how to communicate effectively in an emergency, and how to support the casualty safely until professional medical care is available.
Delivery: Held at our premises in Whittlesey.
CPD hours: 18 hours
