Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Level 3 (1-day)

This one-day course is designed for organisations that need an appointed workplace first aider, typically in lower-risk environments. It focuses on what to do in the first critical minutes of an incident, including making the scene safe, carrying out a rapid primary assessment, and recognising when to escalate quickly for urgent medical support.

Learners build confidence through practical, hands-on training in essential lifesaving skills. You will cover CPR and AED awareness, choking, serious bleeding, shock, burns, and minor workplace injuries. The day is structured to ensure you leave with clear routines you can apply immediately in real situations, with competence checked through guided scenarios and practical assessment.

Delivery: Held at our premises in Whittlesey. This course is also held in Ely, Cambridgeshire, or available for full-day bookings at a location of your choice.
CPD hours: 6 hours
