Emergency First Aid at Work for Farmers Level 3 (1-day)

This course is designed for agricultural and rural working environments, where incidents may involve machinery, outdoor conditions, animals, and longer response times for emergency services. It covers essential emergency first aid skills and places strong emphasis on practical decision-making in rural settings, including how to assess risk and act safely when working a distance from immediate help.

Learners practise lifesaving skills such as CPR and AED awareness, choking management, and controlling bleeding, alongside managing shock, burns, and minor injuries. The course builds competence through hands-on practice and scenario-based learning, helping teams respond confidently and appropriately when incidents occur on farms, estates, or rural operations.
