Anti-corruption and bribery

Policy  Brief & Purpose

Dynamic Consultancy Solutions is committed to conducting  all aspects of its business with integrity, transparency, and accountability.  This Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach  to bribery and corruption and ensures compliance with the Bribery Act 2010 and  other relevant UK legislation.

We believe in operating fairly, honestly, and within the  law, regardless of market conditions, client relationships, or commercial  pressures. Bribery and corruption undermine legitimate business practices,  erode trust, and can result in serious legal and reputational consequences. We  are therefore dedicated to preventing any form of bribery or corrupt conduct  in connection with our business.

This policy aims to guide our employees, contractors,  partners, and representatives in recognising and avoiding unethical behaviour,  and in promoting a culture of integrity and lawful conduct across all our  activities.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors,  contractors, consultants, agents, and any other individuals acting on behalf  of Dynamic Consultancy Solutions, whether permanent or temporary, and in all  locations where we operate.

The following key principles are covered under this  policy:

Definition of Bribery: Bribery is the offering,  giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value (including gifts, money,  favours, or hospitality) to influence the actions of an individual in a  position of trust or responsibility, to gain a commercial, contractual, regulatory,  or personal advantage.

Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are  strictly prohibited:

  • Offering, promising, or giving a bribe.

  • Requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a  bribe.

  • Facilitating payments or unofficial payments  made to secure or expedite routine government actions.

  • Engaging a third party to commit bribery on the  company’s behalf.

Gifts and Hospitality: Modest gifts and  reasonable hospitality may be given or received if they are:

  • In line with local laws and business customs,

  • Clearly recorded, and

  • Not intended to influence a business decision  or gain an improper advantage.

Due Diligence and Third Parties: We will conduct  appropriate due diligence before engaging third parties, partners, or  suppliers. All third parties must understand and comply with our anti-bribery  principles.

Training and Awareness: Employees will receive  regular training and guidance to ensure they understand their responsibilities  under this policy and are able to identify and avoid bribery and corruption  risks.

Reporting Concerns: We encourage the prompt  reporting of any concerns or suspicions regarding bribery or corrupt conduct.  Reports can be made confidentially without fear of retaliation. Any actual or  suspected breaches will be investigated thoroughly and may result in disciplinary  action, including dismissal or referral to law enforcement.

Record-Keeping: Accurate records of all financial  transactions, gifts, and hospitality must be maintained to demonstrate  transparency and accountability.

Conclusion

Dynamic Consultancy Solutions  is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our  operations. We will not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form and will  take firm action against any individual or organisation found to be in breach  of this policy.

This policy is reviewed  regularly and communicated across all levels of the organisation. It is also  available to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders upon request. By fostering a  culture of integrity, we aim to protect our reputation, ensure compliance with  the law, and operate in a manner that reflects our values and  responsibilities.
